A brief parkrun recap from the weekend.

Good numbers at Cardiff with Harry W getting back in the 16’s after a recent injury as well as a new Cardiff parkrun PB for Lucy!

​

Also staying local, we had Harry T at Trelai with Sue at Tremorfa.

​

Ceri, John & George did a frosty Llanishen whilst there was a mini outing to Riverfront in Newport for some of the others with breakfast at the Riverfront Theatre afterwards.

​

Craig ventured to Blaise to give us an inside scoop on the current state of the course ahead of the Blaise Castle Cross Country next weekend.

​

James S did Porthcawl, but further afield, Aislin & Jack ran at Weymouth parkrun.

Heledd collected an Australia flag for her parkrun profile with a trip to Albert Melbourne, to rival Morwenna’s run at Kawana!

​

Next week might be a bit lighter on the 5k fun with the Cross Country, but let’s see where we visit!

We know that many of next year's races are getting pretty booked out so we'll get the list of club races on the schedule asap
