The Route:

10 mile runners do 1 loop, 20 mile runners do 2.
Q. Can I wear headphones?
The short answer is 'No'. As the route is mainly off road and there are a few crossings, being able to hear the race marshalls is important. Also, the course is on the shared route of the Taff Trail with walkers and bikers also out and about.
Q. Is there a cut off time?
For the 20 mile race, 'Yes'.
The Race Time Limit is 4 hours and 30 minutes. To ensure this is adhered to we will operate a course closure at the 10 Mile mark at 2 hours and 15 minutes.
Please do not enter the 20 Miler if you cannot achieve the cut off and the final time limits.

9 Water stations for 20 Miler/4 for 10 Miler

Q. Can I drop down from the 20 to 10 miles?
We get it; sometimes training doesn't go to plan. It's at the Race Organisers discretion to switch distances. Please get in touch here if you need to make a change to your entry and we'll do our best to accommodate!
Q. Where can I find conditions of entry?
The full details of conditions of entry are on the entry form link. Details relate to age of entry, data protection and emergency contact details etc.
