August highlight

Home Nations 5k - end of August

The Home Nations 5k was a fast and furious paced set of races with some classic Cardiff weather during the evening.

In the three graded races, we had representation in each.

Race 1 saw Neil Williams, John Light, Simon Cartlidge, Meg Poulson, Sarah Woodley-Williams & Cat Whittle.

Race 2 had Huw Davies & Matt Turner whilst in Race 3 were James Hansell, Andy Gardiner & Chris Oxley.

Despite the puddles, there was great support all around! Big thanks to Ben, Em, Karen, Natalie, Neil R, Harry T, Paulina, JP & Johnny Lam

Ron & Eleanor were also helping out with the Welsh Athletics side of things!
